Manufacturing Facilities

Total Manufacturing process is In-House and the general process is as follows:-

  • Wire Drawing from Wire Rod.
  • Manufacturing Fasteners from Wire Drawn.
  • Polishing, Plating and Passivation of Fasteners.
  • Quality Inspection.
  • Packaging and Dispatch of Goods in our own Vehicles after Final Inspection.

We have our own fleet of Commercial Vehicles and we generally deliver the material same day against the Purchase Orders of our Clients.
